This is to inform you that the school will organize the Olympiad Examinations conducted by

Little Stars Olympiad through offline mode. 

Please note the details for the same.

Appearing for the Olympiads is OPTIONAL.

Time of examination will be shared closer to the date of the examination.

Registration for Olympiads will be done through Campus Care only. Please log on to the Campus Care as per instructions given below and select your wards’ preferred subject(s) and make the payment. Only on the receipt of the payment against the subjects, we will be able to register your ward.

Payment for the registration fees and the study material fees will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:-

I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:

 Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID

 Step 2: Click on “Personal” Tab (On the left hand side of the screen)

 Step 3: Click on “Event Participation”

 Step 4: Check the boxes which are applicable & make the payment.

   II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:

 Step 1: Login with Parent ID 

 Step 2: Click on ‘Fee Payment” tab

 Step 3: Click on” Participate in an upcoming Events- Participate Now” 

Step 4: Check the boxes which are applicable & make the payment.

Please be noted that only upon receipt of registration fees through Campus Care, your ward will be registered for the said examination.

Registration date will commence on Wednesday,6^th November 2024 

from 00:00 hrs. and end on Wednesday,13^th November 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

PLEASE STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE DATES OF REGISTRATION. NO SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION.

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the school will be organizing the first level of the ‘Wiz National Spell Bee Competition’ which will be conducted in school by English Wizard Foundation. The date of the exam will be held after the puja vacation. The dates will be informed after the registration date.

Dear Parents,

We are hosting our Third Inter-School Cultural and Innovation Fest, Kaleidoscope 2024 on Monday, 30^th September and Tuesday, 1^st October 2024.

Kaleidoscope 2024 will provide a platform for the students of Classes VI to X to nurture their potential, resulting in the confluence of art and innovation.

The attendance of the following students is mandatory:

• All the participants
• Class Representatives of classes VI-XI
• Student Council Members

Transport service will be available, and the reporting and dispersal time for the above-mentioned students will be normal school timing.

Please note that classes will remain suspended on the above-mentioned dates for all the students of classes Lower Nursery to V and the non-participants of classes VI to XI to enable the students and teachers to participate in all the activities.

Please note that in lieu of the above-mentioned dates, we are going to have regular school on Saturday, 23^rd November 2024 and Saturday, 7^th December 2024.

Transport service will be available on the above-mentioned Saturdays.

Working Saturday

Dear Parents,

On Tuesday, 27th August 2024, all classes from Lower Nursery to Class XI have been suspended. In lieu of this suspension, Saturday, 31st August 2024 will be a working Saturday. On this day, Tuesday's time-table will be followed for Lower Nursery to Class II and Tuesday's Exam will be held for Classes III to XI.

Classes I to IX

Dear Parents,

Kindly note the dates for the First Term Theory Assessments:

Classes III to V – Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Thursday, 29^th August 2024.

Classes VI to XI – Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Wednesday, 4^th September 2024.

Dispersal for students of Classes I to XI will be at 12:30 p.m. in lieu of the First Term Assessments from Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 till Wednesday, 4^th September 2024.

From Thursday, 5^th September 2024 onwards, students will attend school at normal time.

The last day for after-school activities will be Friday, 16^th August 2024. The same will remain suspended from Tuesday, 20^th August 2024 to Wednesday, 4^th September 2024. Classes for after-school activities will resume from Thursday, 5^th September 2024.

Please be informed that Parent -Teacher Meeting for Lower Nursery upwards is scheduled on Saturday, 20^th July 2024 from 8 a.m. onwards.

Please make it convenient to attend the PTM on the above-mentioned date and the stipulated time as mentioned by your ward’s respective Class Teacher.

We request you to utilize this opportunity and have a crisp and short meeting with the teachers to interact about the academic performance of your child. In order to facilitate all parents to get an opportunity to interact with teachers, you are kindly requested to refrain from exceeding the time limit of 5 minutes given to you.

Kindly visit the Book Fair which has been organized on the same day in Compound 1.
