Independence Day Celebration

Classes VIII-XII

Dear Parents, This year we will be celebrating Independence Day in School on Friday, 15.08.2025. Students of classes VIII-XII are to report to school by 8:00 a.m and dispersal will be at 10:00 a.m. Please note: Students will wear their regular school uniform. Transport service will be available for the students who avail the school transport. No school for the students of classes Playgroup-VII.

Greetings from Birla High School – Mukundapur.

Financial Literacy among students is the need of the hour. We take pleasure to inform you that 

BHS-M has tied up with the ‘Investors Financial Education Academy’ to ensure that this 21st century skill is instilled among students. This program on financial literacy focuses on the knowledge that children of today’s generation need, which will help them to make correct and informed monetary decisions and stay cautious. Our Class V students have completed Level I and will be moving to Level II, Class VI students have completed Level II and Class VII students have completed Level III. We are now extending this project to the students of Class IV. The entire program will be inter-woven into the present curriculum ensuring that the planned syllabus progresses without any changes. We look forward to your support so that all of us together can bring out effective and productive overall changes to scale new heights.

The session for Class IV students will commence from 7th August,2025. Textbook and workbook will be provided from school.

SOF Olympiad Exams 2025-26

This is to inform you that our school will organize the Olympiad Examinations conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation through offline mode.

Registration Process

Registration for SOF will be done through Campus Care only. Please follow the instructions below to select your ward’s preferred subjects and make the payment.

For Campus Care Website User

1. Log on to Campus Care Portal via Parent ID
2. Click on “Personal” Tab (on the left-hand side)
3. Click on “Event Participation”
4. Select the applicable checkboxes & make the payment

For Campus Care Mobile Application User

1. Login using Parent ID
2. Click on “Fee Payment” tab
3. Click on “Participate in an upcoming Events - Participate Now”
4. Select the applicable checkboxes & make the payment

Important: Only on receipt of registration fees through Campus Care, your ward will be registered for the said examination.

Registration will open from Tuesday, 15th July 2025 at 12:00 AM and will close on Thursday, 31st July 2025 at 11:59 PM.

PLEASE STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE DATES OF REGISTRATION. NO SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE.

E-NACH REGISTRATION

Dear Parents,

As we proceed with the academic session, 2025-26, we would like to draw your attention to an important update concerning the payment method for school fees.

As mentioned earlier, it is mandatory for all parents/guardians to utilize the ECS mode of payment for the settlement of school fees. This new system offers the convenience of both Monthly and Quarterly payment options, providing you with greater flexibility in managing your financial commitments. A number of our parents are currently using this system for payment, as mentioned in our previous Circular No- BHSM/CIR 23-24/006, dated 15.07.2023.

We kindly request your cooperation in transitioning to this hassle-free mode of payment method. Thank you for your continued support.

IDENTITY & ESCORT CARD EXCHANGE  

SESSION 2025-26

Classes: Playgroup to Class V

Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla High School-Mukundapur.

Your ward’s permanent Escort Card for the Session 2025-26 will be handed over to you.

Kindly note the following details regarding the exchange of Escort Cards:

• Permanent Escort Cards will be handed over exclusively to parents.
• If your ward uses a carpool service, kindly ensure the white Escort Card is collected from the carpool driver prior to the exchange.
• In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where a parent is unable to collect the cards personally, an authorised representative may collect them on your behalf.
• An email must be sent in advance to the Headmistress with the full name of the authorised person. The authorised person must carry - A letter of authorisation from the parent and The child’s white Escort Card.

With regard to exchange of Identity Cards:

• For Classes Lower KG to V, the new Identity Cards will be exchanged in the classroom by the Class Teacher once the white ID Cards have been collected from the students.
• Students availing the school bus service will be provided with Bus ID Cards issued by Urban Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. These will serve as the official school identity card and must be worn to school every day.
• All students are required to wear their Identity Cards to school each day without exception.

• On Tuesday, 17^th June 2025 - Cards will be exchanged at dispersal time from the student’s respective classroom.

🔹 Lower KG to Class V

• Venue: Senior School Lobby
