IDENTITY & ESCORT CARD EXCHANGE

SESSION 2025-26

Classes: Playgroup to Class V

Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla High School-Mukundapur.

Your ward’s permanent Escort Card for the Session 2025-26 will be handed over to you.

Kindly note the following details regarding the exchange of Escort Cards:

Permanent Escort Cards will be handed over exclusively to parents.
If your ward uses a carpool service, kindly ensure the white Escort Card is collected from the carpool driver prior to the exchange.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where a parent is unable to collect the cards personally, an authorised representative may collect them on your behalf.
An email must be sent in advance to the Headmistress with the full name of the authorised person. The authorised person must carry - A letter of authorisation from the parent and The child’s white Escort Card.

With regard to exchange of Identity Cards:

For Classes Lower KG to V, the new Identity Cards will be exchanged in the classroom by the Class Teacher once the white ID Cards have been collected from the students.
Students availing the school bus service will be provided with Bus ID Cards issued by Urban Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. These will serve as the official school identity card and must be worn to school every day.
All students are required to wear their Identity Cards to school each day without exception.
