ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2025–26

We are pleased to inform you that your ward will be participating in the Annual Sports Meet 2025–26, scheduled for Friday, 5th December 2025 and Saturday, 6th December 2025. The timings are as follows:

Friday, 5th December 2025

• Playgroup to Upper KG: 9:00 a.m.
• Classes III to V: 11:30 a.m.

Saturday, 6th December 2025

• Classes I & II: 8:30 a.m.
• Classes VI to XII: 11:00 a.m.

Please Note

• Parents must be seated 15 minutes prior to their ward’s slot.
• Students must report to school at the time given by the class teachers.
• Dispersal for Playgroup to V will be against ID cards.
• Attendance on the above-mentioned day is mandatory.
• Classes III to XII must wear their PE uniform and black sports shorts during their races.
• Students must be in neat uniform/sports dress with a proper haircut.
