Parent Teacher Meet I (Session 2025-26)

Playgroup to Class XII

Dear Parents,

  • First Term PTM will be held on Saturday, 20th September 2025.
  • Attendance is mandatory. Students must accompany their parents in school uniform and wear their ID cards.
  • Parents are requested to adhere strictly to the timings shared by the respective Class Teachers on Google Classroom.
  • If you have an older child in a higher class, kindly inform the Class Teacher so that your ward’s schedule can be aligned accordingly.
  • ‘Inventora’, our Science Exhibition (Classes I to XII) will be showcased in the Prayer Hall and Compound II. We encourage all parents to visit and support the young innovators.
  • Book fairs will be held in Compound I. Parents may avail a 10% discount on all purchases.
  • Entry will be from Gate No. 4 and exit from Gate No. 1.
  • The report cards for the First Term of your ward can be viewed online on https://www.bhsmcampuscare.in/ on Friday, 26th September 2025 from 10 a.m.
  • Parents are to use their Campus Care parent ID to view the same. Kindly ensure that the broadband connectivity is strong.
  • The steps for viewing/downloading the report cards will be shared with you shortly.

Revised Timings for Playgroup – Term II (Session 2025–26)

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School – Mukundapur.

We are pleased to inform you that, with effect from Monday, 27th October 2025, the school timings for Playgroup will be revised as the students have now settled comfortably into the school environment.

To support their readiness for the transition to Nursery, where classes are held for 3 hours, the duration of the school day is being increased by 30 minutes. This will also allow us to introduce more enriched learning experiences and activities aimed at their holistic development.

Revised Timings:

  • Reporting Time: 9:30 a.m.
  • Dispersal Time: 12:00 noon

We request you to kindly make the necessary arrangements to ensure your child arrives and is picked up as per the new schedule.

Please note the schedule for the upcoming Half-Yearly Examinations:

  • Classes III to VIII: Thursday, 21st August 2025 to Thursday, 4th September 2025.
  • Classes IX and X: Thursday, 21st August 2025 to Monday, 1st September 2025.
  • Classes XI and XII (Theory): Thursday, 21st August 2025 to Tuesday, 2nd September 2025.

This is to inform you that the school will be organizing the first level of the above-mentioned competitions which will be conducted in school by English Wizard Foundation. The date of the exam will be held after the Puja vacation and will be informed after the registration process is complete.

Please note that participation in the above-mentioned competition is optional.

Dear Parents, This year we will be celebrating Independence Day in School on Friday, 15.08.2025. Students of classes VIII-XII are to report to school by 8:00 a.m and dispersal will be at 10:00 a.m. Please note: Students will wear their regular school uniform. Transport service will be available for the students who avail the school transport. No school for the students of classes Playgroup-VII.

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School – Mukundapur.

Financial Literacy among students is the need of the hour. We take pleasure to inform you that 

BHS-M has tied up with the ‘Investors Financial Education Academy’ to ensure that this 21st century skill is instilled among students. This program on financial literacy focuses on the knowledge that children of today’s generation need, which will help them to make correct and informed monetary decisions and stay cautious. Our Class V students have completed Level I and will be moving to Level II, Class VI students have completed Level II and Class VII students have completed Level III. We are now extending this project to the students of Class IV. The entire program will be inter-woven into the present curriculum ensuring that the planned syllabus progresses without any changes. We look forward to your support so that all of us together can bring out effective and productive overall changes to scale new heights.

 

The session for Class IV students will commence from 7th August,2025. Textbook and workbook will be provided from school.
