CLASS XII SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION 2026

 

As per the CBSE Circular No. CBSE/COORD/REGULAR/SUPPL/2026 dated 30.06.2026, Class XII students have been given an opportunity to improve their performance in one subject. Students opting for the Improvement of Performance will confirm their Name, Board Roll No. and Subject with Code via email to the Principal and respective Coordinator and also pay the fees as mentioned below within two days, i.e. by 03.07.2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon from the date of this Circular.

Eligibility Criteria as per the CBSE for Appearing in the Supplementary Examinations 2026

  • Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board and were declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply only in one subject in which they have been placed in the Compartment.
  • Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board with six subjects and were placed in COMPARTMENT in two subjects are eligible to apply in any one of the two subjects in which they have been placed in the Compartment.
  • Regular students who appeared in six subjects in the Board's Examinations 2026 and were declared PASS but could not clear one subject may appear in the failed subject under the Improvement of Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.
  • Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2026 and were declared PASS may appear in any one subject under the Improvement of Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.

Syllabus and Scheme of Examination

  • The Supplementary Examinations-2026 will be conducted based on the syllabus prescribed for the Board Examinations for Session 2025-26, which is available on the CBSE website.

Fees for the Supplementary Examination

Fees for the Supplementary Examination will be collected within two days, i.e. by 03.07.2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon from the date of this Circular.

  • Fees & Handling Charges: Rs. 350/- per subject.

Please make the necessary payment by Demand Draft in favour of BIRLA HIGH SCHOOL MUKUNDAPUR, payable at Kolkata, mentioning the following details on the reverse side of the Demand Draft:

  1. Name of the Student
  2. Admission ID

The examination will be conducted after school hours on the dates specified above.

The examination will be conducted from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Study Materials

Procuring study material is optional.

Study material is available in hard copy only.

Registration for SOF will be done through Campus Care only. Please log on to Campus Care as per the instructions given below and select your ward's preferred subject(s) and make the payment. Only on receipt of the payment against the selected subjects will we be able to register your ward.

Payment Process:

Payment for registration fees and study material fees will be collected online only through the process mentioned below:

For Campus Care Website/Portal Users:

  1. Log on to the Campus Care portal using the Parent ID.
  2. Click on the "Personal" tab (on the left-hand side of the screen).
  3. Click on "Event Participation".
  4. Select the applicable options and make the payment.

For Campus Care Mobile Application Users:

  1. Log in using the Parent ID.
  2. Click on the "Fee Payment" tab.
  3. Click on "Participate in an Upcoming Event - Participate Now".
  4. Select the applicable options and make the payment.

Please note that only on receipt of the registration fees through Campus Care will your ward be registered for the said examination.

Registration Schedule:

Registration will commence on Monday, 29th June 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and end on Friday, 10th July 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE REGISTRATION DATES STRICTLY. NO SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION.

Space & Astronomy Lab

Classes III-VIII

Dear Parents,

The school is pleased to announce the introduction of Space and Astronomy classes for students of Classes III to VIII commencing from Monday, 6th July 2026.

As part of our continuous efforts to provide enriching and experiential learning opportunities for our students, a well-equipped Space & Astronomy Lab has been set up within the school premises with interesting and adequate instruments to help students explore the wonders of space and science in an engaging manner. The school has collaborated with Navars Space Lab for this initiative.

Please note that Class III students will attend theory-based classes during the current session to build a strong foundation in key concepts. Students of Classes IV to VIII will participate in both theory and hands-on activities, such as assembling and working with DIY kits.

The classes will be conducted during school hours as a part of the curriculum. The school will also provide all necessary kits and books required for the programme.

We are confident that this programme will nurture scientific curiosity, critical thinking and a spirit of exploration among our students.

ESCORT AND IDENTITY CARD EXCHANGE

SESSION 2026–27
Classes: Playgroup to Class V

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School, Mukundapur.

Your ward’s Permanent Escort Card for the Session 2026–27 will be handed over to you.

Kindly note the following details regarding the exchange of Escort Cards:

  • Permanent Escort Cards will be handed over exclusively to parents.
  • If your ward uses a carpool service, kindly ensure the previous year’s Escort Card / temporary white card is collected from the carpool driver prior to the exchange.
  • In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where a parent is unable to collect the cards personally, an authorised representative may collect the card on your behalf.
  • An email must be sent in advance to the Headmistress with the full name of the authorised person. The authorised person must carry:
  • A letter of authorisation from the parent (hard copy)
  • Photo ID proof of the authorised person (hard copy)
  • The child’s previous year’s Escort Card / temporary white card

With regard to exchange of Identity Cards:

  • The new Identity Cards will be exchanged in the classroom by the Class Teacher once the previous year’s ID Cards / temporary white cards have been collected from the students for Playgroup to Class V.
  • All students are required to wear their Identity Cards to school each day without exception.
  • Students availing the school bus service will be provided a new Bus Tracking Card issued by Urban Paribahan Pvt. Ltd after the Summer Vacation. This card must be worn along with the Identity Card to school every day.

Fee Concession
Classes Playgroup- XII

Dear Parents,

The School Management is pleased to introduce a Sibling Fee Concession Policy to provide financial support to families with more than one child studying in the institution. This initiative reflects the school’s understanding of the financial responsibilities borne by families and its intent to provide meaningful relief wherever possible.

A concession of 15% on total fees will be granted, subject to the following conditions:

  • The concession is subject to an application from the parents.
  • The concession will be applicable to children studying in Birla High School - Mukundapur.
  • The concession will only be given to the younger of the two siblings.
  • In case of twins studying in the school, the younger child will be eligible for concession.
  • In case of three or more children studying in the school, only the second child will be eligible for concession. No additional concession will be provided to other siblings, if any.
  • The concession will remain applicable as long as the older child continues to be enrolled in the school. Once the older child passes out from the school the concession will stop.
  • The 15% concession will apply only to total fees and not to any other charges (admission fees, late fees, re-admission fees, diary & ID Card fees).
  • The concession is applicable for one academic year (at a time) and will be renewed annually by the school management, upon receipt of a fresh application by the concerned parent.
  • The school reserves the right to withdraw or modify the concession at any time in case of non-compliance with school rules or policies.
  • The concession is subject to timely payment of fees.

Parents who wish to avail of this concession are requested to download the attached application form, fill in the details and submit the hardcopy of the form at the School Front Desk (Ms. Daisy Baa) by Tuesday, 28th April, 2026, 12 noon.
