Please bring the following original documents for verification on any working day from Wednesday, 3rd to Friday, 5th September 2025, between 09:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- Originals of all documents submitted on the date of panel interview.
- Medical Undertaking – download from the school website, duly filled and signed.
- Undertaking – download from the school website, duly filled and signed.
- Photographs – passport sized (1 each of the candidate and parents).
- Blood Group Report (photocopy).
- Immunization / Vaccination Card (photocopy; original to be produced).
Additional Documents (to be submitted before the session starts):
- Final Term Report Card of the previous school attended.
- Original Transfer Certificate and UDISE / BSP Transfer Certificate from the previous school attended.

Documents to be Brought:
- Copy of the Application Form duly signed by both parents.
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Municipal Corporation / Panchayat.
- Copy of the last final term report card for candidates of Lower & Upper K.G.
- Income Certificate (Copy of Acknowledgment of IT Return / Form 16 / Salary Slip) of either parent.
- Proof of educational qualification (as mentioned in the online application) – Copies of Certificate / Marksheet of both parents.
- Copy of ID Proof of the child and both parents issued by Govt. of India (Voter ID / Aadhaar / Passport).
- Caste Certificate of the applicant and parents, if applicable.
- Court Decree of Separation and Custody details – for Single Parent, if applicable.
Result Announcement: Wednesday, 13th August 2025
Candidates who appear for the assessment will be intimated via email if selected for a panel interview and document submission on Saturday, 23rd August 2025.
