b) Medical Undertaking – download from the school website, duly filled and signed.

Fee Payment:
- Fee payment dates for shortlisted candidates (post verification of documents): Thursday, 14th August to Thursday, 21st August 2025.
- Upon successful completion of verification, selected candidates will receive an email and SMS with complete details for online payment.

Documents to be Brought:
- Copy of the Application Form duly signed by both parents.
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Municipal Corporation / Panchayat.
- Copy of the last final term report card for candidates of Lower & Upper K.G.
- Income Certificate (Copy of Acknowledgment of IT Return / Form 16 / Salary Slip) of either parent.
- Proof of educational qualification (as mentioned in the online application) – Copies of Certificate / Marksheet of both parents.
- Copy of ID Proof of the child and both parents issued by Govt. of India (Voter ID / Aadhaar / Passport).
- Caste Certificate of the applicant and parents, if applicable.
- Court Decree of Separation and Custody details – for Single Parent, if applicable.
Result Announcement: Wednesday, 13th August 2025
Candidates who appear for the assessment will be intimated via email if selected for a panel interview and document submission on Saturday, 23rd August 2025.
