Yoga Day
Event Date: 29-06-2026
Students from Playgroup to Class V participated in a range of yoga and mindfulness activities designed to promote physical health, emotional balance and mental wellness. While the younger students practised simple yoga postures and breathing exercises, Classes I and II showcased synchronised yoga demonstrations followed by meditation sessions. Students of Classes III to V attended a special assembly featuring yoga performances, guided meditation and an inspiring address by the Principal on the importance of yoga in daily life. Creative activities such as Gratitude Yoga Circles, yoga mandalas, Positive Affirmation Lotuses and yoga pose stick puppets further reinforced the values of positivity and self-awareness. Reflecting on the occasion, Headmistress Mrs Rakhee H. Patel appreciated the meaningful bagless day that enabled students to learn the importance of staying healthy, calm and positive through yoga and mindfulness practices.
