On 16 September 2025, the students of Class I of Birla High School–Mukundapur presented a vibrant Special Assembly on the theme “The Jungle Book”, connecting the classic story with Sustainable Development Goal 15 – Life on Land. The programme began with an introduction to the theme, followed by the prayer and school pledge. Through colourful costumes, lively dances, expressive acting and engaging dialogues, the young students brought Mowgli, Baloo, Bagheera and other jungle characters to life. The narrators beautifully highlighted Mowgli’s bond with the forest and its animals while spreading awareness about the importance of protecting nature and wildlife. The assembly entertained as well as educated the audience on living in harmony with the environment, delivering the message, “Every Life on Land is precious!” Teachers, students and parents felt proud to see the young learners take meaningful steps towards becoming environmentally conscious citizens.
