Students from Playgroup to Class V participated in age-appropriate activities that helped them understand the vital role doctors play in promoting health and well-being. Through role-plays, discussions, presentations, songs, crafts and creative projects, students learned about healthcare, hygiene, first aid and different medical specialisations. The school nurse, Ms Sangita Mahato, addressed students during a special assembly, highlighting the compassion and commitment of healthcare professionals. A key highlight of the celebration was the visit of four Class V students to Manipal Hospital, where they interacted with doctors and gained valuable insights into the medical profession. The celebration fostered respect, gratitude, and awareness while encouraging students to adopt healthy habits and appreciate the selfless service of doctors.
