As we keep in mind this important phrase by our founder, it gives us immense pleasure to invite you to Grandparents’ Day at Birla High School - Mukundapur on Saturday, 12^th September 2026.

A special activity “A Minute to Fame” has been planned for you, dear grandparents, giving you an opportunity to showcase your talent within one minute. If you wish to be a part of this activity, kindly mention the same in the consent form. We will be able to accommodate the first 15 entries only.

Kindly fill the consent and send it to your grandchild’s class teacher by Thursday, 3^rd September 2026.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Time for the event - 9:30 am.
2. Reporting time is 9:00 am.
3. Students of UKG must wear their school uniform.
4. The escort card has to be carried for a smooth dispersal.

Change of ERP Portal URL for Desktop and Mobile Application Access

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

We would like to inform you that the school's ERP services have been migrated to a new portal. Effective from 27.08.2026, all parents, students and staff members are requested to access the ERP system and Mobile Application using the new school URL: vmscampuscare.in

Online Payment through the new URL will be effective from 28.08.2026.

Please note that your existing User ID and Password will remain unchanged. You can continue to log in using the same credentials that you have been using previously.

Important Instructions:

1. Access the ERP portal only through the new URL: vmscampuscare.in
2. Your current User ID and Password will continue to work on the new portal.
3. In case you have forgotten your password or face any login-related issues, please use the "Forgot User ID or Password" option available on the login page to reset your password.
4. Ensure that you update any saved bookmarks or shortcuts with the new URL to avoid inconvenience.

Important Note:

The old ERP URL – bhsmcampuscare.in – will be permanently discontinued and will no longer be operational from 26.08.2026. Therefore, parents are requested not to use the old URL for accessing ERP services.

We request all parents to start using the new portal immediately to ensure uninterrupted access to student information, attendance, homework, fee details, examination records, notices and other school-related services.

Mobile App: The "CampusCare" mobile application is available for Android and iPhone users. Parents may download the application by searching for "CampusCare" and access the Parent Portal by entering the URL https://vmscampuscare.in and logging in with their existing User ID and Password.

Please note that the Student Portal is accessible only through a web browser and is not available on the mobile application.

Playgroup–Class XII
Half Yearly Examination 2026–27

Dear Parent,

Please note the schedule for the upcoming Half Yearly Examination, 2026–27.

Please note:

• Classes will remain suspended for Classes III–XII on Wednesday, 2nd September 2026 on account of a Study Leave. Regular classes will be conducted for the students of Playgroup–Class II.
• Students must wear their regular school uniform on the day of the examination.
• Regular classes (till 2:00 pm) will resume from Monday, 21st September 2026.
• The last day for after-school activities will be Tuesday, 1st September 2026. The after-school activities/classes will resume from Monday, 21st September 2026.

Dispersal Schedule:

Please note that the school transport facility during dispersal will not be available for the Class IX Advanced Mathematics and Advanced Science students on Friday, 11th September 2026 and Monday, 14th September 2026 respectively.

Dear Parent,

This year we will celebrate Independence Day in School on Saturday, 15.08.2026. The students of Classes VIII-XII must report to school by 8:00 am and dispersal will be at 9:30 am.

Please note:

1. Attendance is mandatory for the students of Classes VIII-XII.
2. Students must wear their regular school uniform with the school badge and Identity Card.
3. School transport service will be available for the students who avail the school transport.
